I will be starting a modeling agency in the future. I would like to know how a modeling agency finds companies that are interested in their models. Do I have to go to them? I would like details; for example, what to do and how to do it. Do companies, magazines, etc. come to me? Is it a combination of the both?

You need to obtain stock which in your case would be models. Then market your company to tv, & other media directors. Once you are registered with them, they will send you a brief when they require certain types of people. You would go through your portfolios & choose people who closely match the criteria & so you send them to the audition.. Im sure you know ther rest from there right..

I’ve been accepted by John Robert Powers Agency.

Ford. They have open calls once a month in most of their cities (NYC, Chicago, Miami, etc)

John Robert Powers is a “school” and not an agency. Their “scouts” are salespeople. If you can pay you can get in.

If Quasimoto had $500, he would be “accepted” by JRP.
